A lot of kdenetwork/KRDC (RDP, MS Terminal Services) keymaps
are missing from the KDE CVS, including Czech, Dutch, Estonian,
Hungarian, Ukrainian and many others.

I'd like to ask someone from the KRDC developers to help us
create these keymaps. As far as I know, these files can be converted
from the XFree keymaps. Some keymaps may be imported from
Rdesktop, but I'm not sure if the file formats are completely
identical.
