We're about to release a new version of Krecipes (in kdenonbeta), and those 
two are my native languages, So I'd like to update the Spanish translation 
and add a new Basque translation to kde-i18n. I hope that's not a problem.

Who are the coordinators of those two languages? Could they please let me know 
if this is a problem or not as soon as possible?
