I am working on the translation of the kmail doc. to Italian.
Since I think we settled to keep directory when dealing with the CLI
environment, I think the following patch should be applied.
The passage is decidedly aimed at experienced users with telnet account,
so in this case I feel directory is appropriate.

I understand too well this is not the best time to make changes to
documentation files, so if this change is delayed until after the release,
this is fine with me.

There are some more issues, however.
I find this passage a bit confusing, since now folder is used way too much.
I think it should be reworded in some way, but since I'm not a native speaker,
I'm not sure in which way. Maybe using "mailbox" instead of folder could do.

<para>Invoking &kmail; for the first time creates a folder called
<filename class="directory">Mail</filename> in your home folder.
This folder contains the initial folders
(<filename>inbox</filename>, <filename>outbox</filename>,
<filename>sent-mail</filename>, <filename>trash</filename> and
<filename>drafts</filename>). Use <menuchoice>
<guimenu>Settings</guimenu> <guimenuitem>Configure
&kmail;...</guimenuitem> </menuchoice> to enter some initial information
so &kmail; will be able to properly retrieve and send your
messages.</para>

The other thing is that the documentation still refers to version
1.5 of KMail. Isn't it supposed to be version 1.6?

Ciao
