Hi,

Currently, I'm reviewing some parts of the translation of KDE to Brazilian 
Portuguese. During this proccess, I eventually find some typos in the english 
texts. What is the policy on commiting changes to this kind of thing? May I 
just commit a "fix" for the typo or should I first contact someone 
responsible for the code?
