In my strange languÃ¥ge ;-) we don't use spaces inside  «these brackets ». It is 
not difficult to fix it, but the problem is how to distribute the fix so that 
all can benefit from it as soon as possible.

Looks like these changes must be done upstream in the docbook-project. 
Hopefully KDE will update the docbook-package as soon as the patch is there.
