Hi,

The FarsiKDE team will have a dictionary up by today, if nothing goes
wrong, which allows people to submit translations for several languages.
We have created it as a module to XOOPS (www.xoops.org) but it should be
easy to use customize it to a stand-alone ""application.

Once it is up, I will announce it here for your reference.

Greetings,
Arash
