Hi

Examining our french KDE-i18n CVS, I found 145,696 lines beginning with #~, 
which means obsolete message.

These lines have no use when your translation is finished.

I suggest all the i18n teams would erase theses lines when there is no danger 
to loose something (e.g. when the po is 100% translated).

We would save much bandwith and storage.
