The quanta.pot file in the kdesdk subdir (under kde-i18n/...)
is about 7 months old - is this really the latest version?
Anyway, there are still many (at least 150) missing messages,
some of them are listed below. The fixes should be applied to
both branches (maybe only after 3.1.3).

1) Tags menu: the translations are not used (except
for the first item)

2) Plugins menu: "CVS management (Cervisia)"

3) Tab labels (on the right): Tables, Lists, Forms

4) Tooltips of the toolbar icons (on the right): Bold,
Italic, Underline, New Line, Paragraph, Non Breaking
Space... (and many-many others)

5) Edit menu: Toggle &Insert

6) Plugins/Edit menu dialog: Add..., Configure...

7) Tags/Edit Current Tag menu: (many labels in the different
dialogs)
