Hi,

We are just starting to do the Finnish translations for the 
documentations. We need some modifications to 
kdelibs/kdoctools/customization/fi/ files in 3.1 branch. What is the 
normal way of modifying those files, can I directly commit them, or 
should they be sent to someone?
