Yes,   I mean it.
There is Mongolian language in desktop_kdelibs.pot file of kdelibs module.
But the Mongolia (land) missed in desktop_kdebase.pot file of kdebase 
module. Sorry I've typed false. (not Mongolian).
These are all for KDE_3_1_BRANCH branch! Look at again.
