Is it? I don't want translators to convert an empty queue because of users 
fault to a non-existant queue suggesting programmers fault ;-)

Only thing I could imagine (i am no language expert) is a language which 
distinguishes between 0, one, many (, a lot of many-cases) in the building of 
the later sentence... If this is the case, go on...
