There will be also a problem with Russian, unless there is a method
of converting ispell -> aspell, as popular Russian Linux distros,
AltLinux and ASPLinux, use ispell dictionary that was specially
designed to have cyrillic letter YO support (famous for foreigners
who ever tried to study Russian...)
