CVS commit by kaper: 

Do not lie to users (WAPD should be WPAD).

i18n change in branch.. Since it only changes the english name and
abbreviation of the protocol, translations are unaffected if they used the
correct translation. Either way, calling this WAPD is nonsense and
confusing.
