Can we put localized string in DateFormat? In Chinese, we usually talk
"Year 2002 Month 3rd Day 4th". The word "Year", "Month" and "Day" must
be hardcoded in the format string. Furthermore, the real word we put in the
format string is the Chinese translation of "Year", not "Year" itself.
