This is actually not the only time this will be a problem. As far as I can 
tell the po-files for kdedevelop are scheduled to be released with kde 3.1, 
and they will overwrite functioning kdevelop translations. I guess with every 
RELEASE tag a corresponding BRANCH should be opened.
