kdelibs/doc/common/kde-default.css controls this.  It's specifying sans-serif 
as the font to use, so it's a bug.

I just committed a readme on using alternate stylesheets into 
kdelibs/kdoctools/customization/README - there are some there that are more 
web-friendly than the standard one.
