  I have found 41 new fuzzies (they are really 41 new strings) in kdelibs.po. 
I am a bit suprised taking into account we are in deep freeze. Any how I 
would like to know what means:

Media Play
Media Previous
Media Next
Media Record

Without the context I do not know how to correctly translate these strings
