Well, my first question is, how?  I think changing the strings at this point would cause a 
problem for all of the other translation teams.

I presume that there is a way to do a "local override"?  I'm sorry for my ignorance on the           
translation process, but I guessed that our translation system provides some way to          
accomodate homonyms.  Obviously here I want back to be the opposite of front...

Hmm, I guess I really don't understand the issue here.  Would for instance "löschen Karte" or 
"löschen Leselernkarte" (or some other concatenation of "lernen" and "Karte") not work?   If 
needed, in this case "Card" could be substituted for the translation of "item" for translations  
where this is helpful. 
 
Again, my main question is how to fix this.  Have any other translaters run into problems with   
these strings?
