Have the scripts been changed in the meantime?

The reason to ask is if we can do message changes in KOffice CVS Head without 
annoying translators with fuzzies (which will again become fuzzies when the 
scripts will be changed to work on the KOFFICE_1_2_BRANCH branch.)
