OK, but this does not make much difference. We'd need somebody who takes care 
of Malay translations and commits them after I set up the language in CVS. I 
don't have the time to make continous commits for individual teams. Also 
there's not much use in committing a few kdelibs strings if there is no 
telling who will continue the translation and when. (We are talking something 
like 30.000 GUI strings here and about the same for documentation.)
