Hi ,
i'm currently translating kword_pageformat.pot.
The following instructions for headers and footers are the same, but I can't 
imagine the effect of footer-instruction (#: index.docbook:146):

In the text box labeled <guilabel>Spacing between header and body</
guilabel>, you can specify how much empty space should be placed 
between the bottom of the header, and the top of the main frame.
