All docs in koffice are to my knowledge complete, with the following 
exceptions:

Kugar (There are late additions going into this, as Kugar has a new maintainer 
who is also maintaining the document.)
Kpresenter (which is out of date, and I don't know if we'll get any updates in 
before the release, so you could probably leave this til last, but translate 
it as is, if your target is "100% complete")
