I have another feature I would like to implement: automatic file commit.

A translator without CVS access can upload a file (only if he upload a file 
that is under his resposability and if the coordinator enable this feature 
for him) and the file is automatically checked (msgfmt and some other checks) 
and if it is good is commited to the right CVS branch.
