Please can you enlighten me as to what these attributes mean in mab.xml?

kdelibs/kate/data/mab.xml

These are all translatable, not sure what Mab is. Exemplar is definitely =
not=20
English. Should they run together (eg. Should MabCommentType read "Mab=20
Comment Type")?=20
