now that I am no longer alone on this, I am going through with this and
would like to announce a new i18n module: i-klingon.

Probably not something we'd like to include in the release anytime soon
(Klingon isn't too popular yet), but I don't think our current structure
allows us to develop a complete i18n module outside of CVS, so please set us
up! All members of our team already have KDE CVS write access.

I'll be the contact for the i18n team, but you can reach the lot of us on
the kde-klingon@lists.capsi.com mailinglist.
