Hi!

This entry use &&. I don't think that & exists in all
languages - translation as "and" looks better for
Russian/Belarusian. But KBabel claim about missing shortcut
in this translation. It's necessary to change "&&" to "&"
for avoid false alarm in KBabel. Or change "&&" to "and"
like "South and Latin America".

Other continents entries don't use shortcuts. For example:
