Yes. It's not released with the rest of KDE.

HEAD is where the main development takes place. There's no point trying to 
translate this since the strings are changing. There is also 
KOFFICE_1_1_BRANCH_KDE3 which is a straight port of KOffice 1.1.1 to KDE 3 
(no strings changed since 1.1.1.
