Nope, its too late for KDE 3.0. There were no less than 4 release 
candidates, and nobody woke up. 

All I can do is releasing an i18n update in a few weeks, even before 3.0.1 
if that is too long to wait for you. 

Let me know when I should do it (3 weeks from now ?).
