I think a simple info page about the currently selected
language would be very useful (it could be inserted into
the "About KDE" dialog or somewhere into the Control
Center). The page would contain things like a very short
description of the language (where it is spoken), info
about the available spell checkers and freely downloadable
KDict-compatible dictionaries. Could be extended by
some simple functions for detecting Ispell/Aspell etc.
Basically the entire stuff could be done using a .po file.
