... I'm having horrendous problems getting Linux to work with ADSL. Has
anyone got an Alcatel SpeedTouch modem working with Mandrake 8.0? It's
configured to use pppoatm.

I've followed the HOWTO on sourceforge, but it can't find the pppoatm.so
plugin. There is NO /usr/lib/pppd directory.
