UNL looks like a tool for translation from any
language into any language. "Rough translation" in KBabel is
at completely different level of automated translation - I think
more appropriate approach for translation of interface messages.
It is not that clear for documentation translation - this requires
something like babelfish (babelfish module for kbabel?).
