l10n contains *countries* (ISO 3166), so l10n/sr should contain the
Suriname locale data, and l10n/yu should contain Yugoslavian data. This is
wrong in KDE right now.
The *language* code (ISO 639) for Serbian is indeed 'sr', so the Serbian
translation should remain in kde-i18n/sr.
