Hallo,

ich kann nur sagen, dass in allen Bedienungsanleitungen RAW (3 Großbuchstaben)
verwendet wird.

Die Großschreibweise deutet auch darauf hin, dass es sich "etwas, wie einen
Eigennamen" handelt.
