I have performed a rather quick and very dirty translation of the
kdelibs.po file, but have not the slightest idea what to do with it.

It does not seem that the kdelibs.mo file is used directly anywhere
by the other locales.

We'd also need to add icelandic to the languages menu with a cute
little icelandic flag icon, etc.
