UE4 is free to use , it's just that if you do commercial work and make
revenue then you need to pay 5% royalty. Still if needed i can write a
formal mail to EpicGames and will get the response from them to remove any
confusion (It's better to get formal confirmation since licensing stuff is
always scary regardless of any situation)
