I don't see a problem with installing the headers. Just explain that
they're private. With one of the more dramatic approaches being:
#ifndef I_AM_AWARE_THAT_KCARDGAME_EATS_KITTENS
#error This is an internal library of kdegames, and not intended for public use.
#endif
