Hah, Jaison! :-) Happy New Year!  I was just thinking of you a day
or two ago.  I need to email you for your advice about what we were
discussing a while back (i18n and data files).  Meanwhile please try:

    grep -i kapplication # or, if you prefer
    grep --ignore-case kapplication
