	There is yet another harmony snapshot available from
ftp://ftp.yggdrasil.com/pub/dist/GUI/harmony/devel/snapshots/harmony-1999.09.02.tar.gz.
(You can also access it by CVS, per the instructions on the web page).

	This version allows all of the Qt tutorial examples to
compile, link and mostly run (examples 13 and 14 get a segmentation
fault when you quit, and the implementation of setColorSpec, which is
called in example 14, is empty).  It implements startTimer() with
millisecond resolution.  It kludges around that bug that I think is
a problem in pixmap reference counting by having qpainter do a
CMD_FLUSH whenver it does a CMD_DRAWPIXMAP.  This version also
installs qaccel.h, which apparently always existed and just was
not being installed (my fault).

	Once these remaining bugs are fixed, then the next step
will be to start with some very small existing Qt programs, trying
to make them run under Harmony, (there are also a lot of
unimplemented subroutines and code that at some point will need
to be revisited and cleaned up).
