Hi folks.
sorry folks: but I never saw someone like you! You´r giving up climbing
a mountain just because some-
one else did climb it before (but he took the west side you the NORTH!)
Well what i want to tell you is:
From a managers point of view you project has to be
canceled, because of the projects target is now void.
From a KDE´s programmers and a UNIX hackers view your
project has been A LOT MORE then just a QT CLONE.
Your project offers thread-safeness! Your project offers
several GUI-Styles! Your your project is younger - thus has
less void lines of codes. Your project is DAMM CRUITIAL
to the success of UNIX!
There is no STANDARD THREAD-LIB, not in KDE!
There is no GUI-Threadmodel like yours for KDE and other TKs!
There is no GUI-Toolkit providing so many different GUI-Styles
like you do!
SO I TELL YOUR MANAGER: YOUR TARGET WAS NOT A QT CLONE, BUT
TO CATCH UP WITH QT and DO IT MUCH BETTER from this point on!
BTW: HARMONY IS SUPERIOR BY DESIGN!
so long
Tim.
* leave me alobe with GNOME - they came too late and are not yet
standard. But they might be better.
