In kmail2 (KDE 4.9.1), OpenSuse KDE 4.9 repository, the checkbox label "Act on
new/unread mail in this folder" (in mail folder properties) is translated in
French as "Ignorer les nouveaux courriels dans ce dossier", which means close
to the contrary.
It took me some time to realize the reason why I could not get rid of spam
being reported as non-read in the system tray icon was a mere wrong
translation!

Suggested translation "Prendre en compte les courriels nouveaux ou non lus de
ce dossier" or maybe, closer to the English text, "Agir sur les courriels
nouveaux/non lus dans ce dossier.". I leave it up to the translation team :).

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open kmail
2. Right click a mail folder with unread mail, go to properties
3. Un/check the checkbox with the label "Ignorer les nouveaux courriels dans ce
dossier" and watch how it affects the unread count.
Actual Results:  
"Ignorer" ticked -> unread count takes the folder into account
"Ignorer" unticked -> unread count doesn't takes the folder into account

Expected Results:  
"Ignorer" means "ignore", so I expect unread mail wouldn't show if the checkbox
is ticked and vice versa.
