According to the PO file linked by Anne-Marie Mahfouf in comment #3, K3B is
definitely not fully translated.
Many strings are tagged as fuzzy, which results in them not being included in
the packages.

For example:
#: k3b.cpp:376
#, fuzzy
#| msgid "&Burn CD Image..."
msgid "&Burn Image..."
msgstr "&Graver une image CD..."

My guess is that the string was fuzzied when the initial string "&Burn CD
Image..." was changed to "&Burn Image...", therefore the translation may not be
accurate and is flagged as such.
