This bug report is also valid on Arch Linux with the latest versions (k3b 2.0.2
& KDE 4.8.3).

After modestly investigated the problem by compiling
<http://websvn.kde.org/*checkout*/trunk/l10n-kde4/fr/messages/extragear-multimedia/k3b.po>,
A, E & F are fixed but the others are not. Although at some point, the "Panels"
menu was fully translated as can be seen in the commented section of the above
file.

And I found another entry in Configuration, called "Setup System
Permissions..." :-(
