Not new, but flaky test. See for a theory on the cause the comment here:
https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/kconfig/-/merge_requests/219#note_854124
(filesystem timestamps too granular for memory cache invalidation during test) 

Still needs someone tackling this, not yet got myself to sit down over it and 
might not soonish sadly.
