Failure message is

|FAIL! : FdoSecretsTest::items() 'errorStr.isEmpty()' returned FALSE.
(createDLGroup failed, maybe libqca-ossl is missing)|

which suggests it's related to qca. qca on the CI is provided by the
Craft build, and I don't see recent relevant changes there.

The failure seems to have started with the switch from Qt 6.5 to 6.6
