Maybe it should get installed by KConfigWidgets rather than kdelibs4support?
I'm getting this file installed as
<prefix>/share/locale/en_US/kf5_entry.desktop

I remember there were 2 kinds of entry.desktop files back in kdelibs4, I'm
unsure if this one is the one we need now...
