This adds the posibility of splitting the package into a app and a i18n part \
(--split). Tarballs are created if the --package switch is passed.

Currently one has to pass the --noi18nbasetag if the tag specified with --usetag is \
not to be used for the kde-i18n/subdirs file. This works, but should be handled \
automatically by the script. The same holds for the --noadmintag. Two FIXMEs are \
added to the script as a reminder.

Klas, you can make your changes now if you want ;-)
