Of course. Now it will be up to us to find people capable and
interested in being there. As the KDE Educational team is both active
and seems a good fit to an event like this, I included them in CC.
They don't just work on applications which can and do help children
worldwide, but also can tell a lot more about initiatives involving
Free and Education. I included Frank Karlitzchek because you
specifically mentioned Social Networking which is a special interest
of him.

BTW 'capable' just means 'willing and having time', any thing else can
be arranged. So if you are interested in helping out in any way,
please consider this! I promise it is big fun, and you're doing a good
thing for both KDE, Free Software and the World in general.
Suggestions for others who might be interested are also greatly
appreciated!
