The buidlinguser is called "kde4" and it worked until two weeks ago. 

My bashrc:

export QTDIR=/usr
export KDEDIR=~/install
export KDEDIRS=$KDEDIR
export PATH=$KDEDIR/bin:$QTDIR/bin:$PATH
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$QTDIR/lib:$KDEDIR/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH
export QT_PLUGIN_PATH=/opt/kde4/lib/kde4/plugins/:$KDEDIR/lib/kde4/plugins/
export PKG_CONFIG_PATH=$QTDIR/lib:$KDEDIR/lib/pkgconfig:$PKG_CONFIG_PATH
export QTEST_COLORED=1
export XDG_DATA_DIRS=$KDEDIR/share
export XDG_CONFIG_DIRS=$KDEDIR/etc/xdg

eval `dbus-launch --auto-syntax`



Again, I didn't change anything in the last couple of weeks...
