Hi Edu Developers,

So here we are at last! A KDE4 roadmap is being decided and while it's not
totally aggreed on, it seems likely that the schedule will be:

kdelibs soft api freeze + alpha1 release - 2 April

feature freeze - 2 may

message freeze - 2 June

beta cycle starts - 2 July

release candidate cycle starts, total release freeze. - 2 September

KDE 4.0 - 2 October

I'll confirm it to you when it's agreed for sure but at the meanwhile I
thought you would like to know about it!

The idea is to have a KDE4.0 release at some point this year with the modules
that are ready. (Thanks to your hard work, the kdeedu module is one which
have the most new features.) Then KDE 4.1 will be a more featured-fulled
release.

Regards,

Anne-Marie
