So how do we resolve this?  I just added the KPhysics entry to the wiki, and 
then I read your mail.  I suppose both students could submit proposals, and 
it would be up to google which they would like to sponsor, or do we have an 
obligation to submit a set of unique proposals?  I feel like we've all been 
telling Jure to go ahead with his idea, so I would not want to tell him that 
he can't do it now.
